Cervical cancer is, in most cases caused by the Human pappiloma virus (HPV-virus). The risk of developing cervical cancer is higher if the infection with the HPV virus persists longer (chronic).

Breast cancer develops when normal cells grow into malignant neoplasms in one or both breasts. During investigation of the breasts, painless lumps or hardenings are felt, benign tumors and lumps can also be found.

Prostate cancer occurs when abnormal or cancerous cells continue to grow and divide until a tumor is developed. The prostate is located just below the bladder, around the urethra.
